Transparency Report
Most projects claim transparency. We let you verify the historical record yourself: Streamflow lock balances for the former GFOF mint are read from Solana, while designated-wallet snapshots are dated and linked to their public accounts.
The original page queried Solana's public mainnet RPC directly from your browser for four old-mint Streamflow locks. Those live reads answer what remains in those historical contracts, not what is locked from the replacement mint. Designated-wallet purposes are owner-supplied and unlocked balances are dated snapshots with direct explorer links. This archive does not perform live reads.
ON-CHAIN LOCK CONTRACTS
The Four Active Locks
Each active lock is an independent Streamflow vesting contract holding a portion of the 13% dev allocation. The 40M third lock matured on August 18, 2026 and was re-locked through August 18, 2028. Its expired predecessor remains linked as part of the public lineage.
The original 40,000,000 $GFOF Lock 3 reached its scheduled cliff on August 18, 2026. The full scheduled allocation was placed into a new Streamflow contract on August 28, 2026, with a new full-cliff date of August 18, 2028. Verify the active re-lock, the expired predecessor, and the re-lock transaction independently.
DESIGNATED WALLET DISCLOSURES
Purpose, Status, and Boundaries
These public addresses are disclosed so holders can verify material balances, control boundaries, and intended uses. Purpose labels and control statements are owner-supplied; on-chain balances and lock restrictions are independently verifiable. Balances for unlocked wallets are a dated snapshot; follow each address for current activity.
Personally funded reserve accumulating through open-market purchases toward a target of up to 20,000,000 GFOF, intended for staged liquidity contributions after bonding.
CONTROL BOUNDARY
Sole owner-controlled and currently unlocked. It is outside Federation treasury, is not a liquidity pool, and is not held or controlled by Moonshot. The target and intended use are not enforced by an on-chain lock.
This wallet signed the on-chain creation transaction for the former GFOF mint and its Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve virtual pool. It is not evidence of new-mint custody.
CONTROL BOUNDARY
Sole owner-controlled and currently unlocked. Remaining assets are intended for a potential future liquidity contribution, but they are not currently deposited, locked, or held in Moonshot custody.
Sole owner-controlled, unlocked personal holdings outside Federation treasury. This wallet has no operational allocation and carries no Federation spending commitment.
Reserved for possible future community incentives, contributor recognition, holder benefits, or liquidity-participation rewards. No airdrop, reward amount, eligibility rule, distribution, staking, or APY is authorized.
CONTROL BOUNDARY
Sole owner-controlled and currently unlocked. A public specification and at least seven days’ notice are required before the first distribution or a material change of purpose.
Disclosure boundary: W-002, W-003, and W-007 were retired after the owner confirmed those addresses are not owner- or Federation-controlled; see correction #034. Unknown holder wallets are not attributed to the Federation. For unlocked wallets, a stated purpose is an intention rather than an on-chain restriction; sole-owner approval is currently sufficient to move assets unless a published policy above adds notice requirements.
VERIFY THIS YOURSELF — THREE WAYS
METHOD 01
Open your devtools console (F12). The Solana RPC call is logged on every refresh — same call you could run yourself. No backend, no middleware, no trust required.
METHOD 02
Use Solscan or Solana Explorer. Paste any of the four lock addresses below. The escrow balances are public. Compare them to what we show on this page.
METHOD 03
Use Streamflow's public dashboard. Every lock has a dedicated Streamflow page showing the full unlock schedule, cliff, period, and recipient. app.streamflow.finance ↗
VERIFY ON THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
The links below inspect the former mint whose Streamflow locks this page reads. For the replacement mint, use Solscan and the announced TebFun market.
SOLSCAN
Former-mint token page, holders and transfers. Use it to inspect the old token underlying these locks. solscan.io/token/2oQmH…2iZCmoon ↗
This schedule and commitment concern the former GFOF mint only. Every old-mint Streamflow unlock event is published here before it happens. The stated plan is to rotate released tokens into operational treasury rather than sell them on the open market. Follow the linked contracts for current balances and the public corrections log for changes.
The federation's transparency is not a marketing claim. It is structural. Every decision that touches token supply is made on-chain, verifiable by anyone, at any time.
